Backbend Intensive at IYC

Annual Backbend Intensive with senior teacher Monica Haar. Monica will lay a solid foundation leading the safe exploration of more advanced backbends. This intensive is designed for Teachers, Trainees and Experienced Students wanting to explore some of the poses not taught in regular weekly classes as well as looking into how to safely adjust students in their classes. You will practice Asanas from the Level 1-4 Syllabi.
