"Samatvam yoga uchyate"
Join us for our free online class with Devki Desai. The class will take a closer look at asanas as a steady seat of consciousness, and the journey from activity to meditativity.
Devki Desai began her practice of Iyengar Yoga at the age of 19 in Mumbai, under the guidance of BKS Iyengar. When she moved to Pune in 1988, she furthered her studies at RIMYI under the guidance of Guruji, Geetaji and Prashantji.
Devki has been teaching since 1995 and is known for her ability to incorporate the philosophy of Patanjali, the precision and discipline of the Iyengar practice and the energy of youthfulness.
Devki has accompanied both Geetaji and Guruji abroad for national conventions and now teaches international workshops in person and online.
