Online

6 Online Sessions
Following on from the session on 23rd February (recording available if you missed it), Jaki Nett is teaching a further 6 online sessions from May to July on Sundays 4pm-6.30pm NZ time.
The Early Bird rate for the full series is NZ$220 (before 31 March). The full price is NZ$250.
Sunday 4th May: The important core muscles
The body’s core is the central point that transfer the load between the upper and lower body. The core is the group of trunk and hip muscles that surround the spine, abdominal viscera and hip. Having a strong, stable core helps us to prevent injuries and allows us to perform at our best.
Saturday 17th May: From the pelvis downward – NZ this session will be from 2pm – 4.30pm (to be confirmed)
The pelvis transfers body’s weight from the vertebral column and upper body downward to the thigh bone, knee, and foot.
Sunday 1st June: The swinging shoulder complex
The shoulder girdle functions as the anchor that attaches the upper limbs to the axial skeleton. Additionally, the shoulder girdle allows for a large range of motion.
Sunday 15th June: The axial skeleton
The axial skeleton is the central core of the human skeletal system, this includes bones in your skull, neck, back (vertebrae, sacrum and tailbone) and ribcage (sternum and ribs).
Sunday 6th July: All together now
