Workshop at IYC with Monica Haar

This workshop is designed to inspire students, teachers and trainees to work towards a greater level of understanding in their individual practice.

The work during the weekend will progressively take you towards achieving the Asanas that require good forward extensions and hip openers. It includes preparations for Eka Pada Sirsasana, as well as practice of the many Padmasana cycles both in seated asanas and in inversions.

The workshop is suitable for Level 2 and 3 (Intermediate & Advanced) Iyengar Yoga students, teachers and teacher trainees.
