Our beautiful sun filled studio offers practitioners a well-equipped haven in which they can develop and progress their personal yoga journey safely and mindfully.

We offer authentic classical hatha yoga for absolute beginners and general practitioners.

Much attention is given to alignment, precision and breath in our teaching. Students will feel well supported in a non-competitive environment where a blend of effort, an enquiring mind and humour are greatly encouraged.

The inclusion of props in our studio help define the asanas and enhance the experience of them. Props serve to trigger our intelligence and bring life to our poses where we may otherwise struggle due to flexibility issues, lack of balance or simply weakness.

Classes are designed to help students increase confidence and cultivate equanimity so allowing them to go from action to observation as their practice strengthens and deepens.
