Meet Mande White

After several years of intensive training and Yoga practice. I sat my certificate by sending photos of my practice and adjustments to B.K.S Iyengar in India.
I was presented with a letter and a Certificate for Jr Intermediate Level 2 from B.K.S Iyengar.
I also went to Uni-Tec for 4 years part-time to study Anatomy and Physiology to further my knowledge for my teaching.

After certification, I opened a Yoga Studio in Auckland and have been teaching in studios ever since

I do follow-up works shops of visiting teachers and continue my study of Anatomy and Physiology. As well as continuing to self-educate with online resources.
