I’m passionate about Iyengar Yoga for its precision, alignment and sequencing process. We learn and discover how the breath and mind work on the body. We learn and discover how the philosophy of yoga develops a strong influence and focus in our lives and in the yoga practice; they are one and the same.
My roles within IYNZ include Teacher Trainer, Senior Assessor, Moderator, and I am currently on the Certification Committee and The Moderators Committee
