I have had a deep love and respect for Iyengar yoga for 40 plus years now. I started going to classes in the 1970s in Christchurch – it was like a light being switched on.
Over the years I have learned so much more than just how to physically get into a ‘pose’.
Yoga has taken me on a journey; and now I love to help others on their yoga path ?
