All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that were made using an incorrect price.
Payment
We accept payment via credit/debit card. Payment must be made in full before the product will be dispatched. We will not be held responsible for any bank fees or charges that may be incurred.
Shipping
We ship products within New Zealand only. Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of purchase and added to the total cost of the order. We will aim to dispatch products within 3-5 working days of receiving payment.
Returns and Refunds
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a return. We will provide a full refund (excluding shipping fees) if the product is returned in its original condition. We will not provide a refund for any products that have been damaged or altered in any way.
