Meet Frances de Haas

i started Iyengar Yoga in 1984; starting an apprenticeship a few years later and qualifying in the first examination held in New Zealand in 1992.

I have been drawn to Iyengar Yoga from my first class and; particularly in hindsight; understand it has limitless possibilities for transformation on many levels; mental; emotional and physical.
