In Iyengar Yoga the practice and teaching is built around the needs of the individual. Although guidance is given to explore the Asana to your capacity, your safety is paramount. Through regular attendance in class, knowledge and understanding is built , allowing the benefits of yoga to come through. A sense of calm, focus and self awareness grows for the student of Iyengar Yoga.

Classes suit all levels or private lessons are available by arrangement.
